Im going to be building a new PC tomorrow using 2 HDD from my current system in raid0 there is some games etc i would like from these HDD is it possible to take them both out of the system and install in my new system without formatting them etc? (will be ussing an SSD for windows install) used to just use some old non sata drive to transfer things but my new MB doesn't support this

Don't think it will I'm afraid, you'd have to set up the RAID again. If you copied the stuff you need onto the non-sata, format the other 2 HDDs individually, put the stuff back on, then they'd work in the new system?
