Hi, bit confused about an issue im having with my PC and would be grateful for any advice.

Running Windows 7 (Gigabyte 965P DS3, E6600, 2gig corsair, asus 4870, seagate 320gig drive, Coolermaster 600w).

Had some issues with my machine locking up during games (only newer titles) and RMA'd the card. On a couple of occasions the PC also failed to boot with a non/invalid system disk message.

Anyway, while i was without the 4870 (running a mates old 3850) the boot problem vanished. Got the 4870 back and on boot Windows 7 keeps running the disk consistency check. Have checked event viewer and found the following message:

ntfs - the file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable

Just running Seatools tests. Think the HDD is possibly on its way out? just seems very odd that the error only occured when the 4870 has been in the machine. Very puzzled by this.

Edit - So far HD tune and seatools arent finding any problems :s.
