HDD Issue?

Hi guys, new build arrived today, have a question, my solid state is the only HDD that is showing up under "My Computer" but in system information, my 500GB HDD is showing up aswell as my solid state, any ideas?

right click on your computer button/icon and select 'manage', in the computer management window on the left, browse down and select 'Disk Management'. After that in the middle windows you should see the hard drives, chances are the 500gb has not been initialised/partitioned/formatted yet

Okay, I can see the 500GB HD now, what would I need to do next?

Right click the dark grayed bit and create a new partition, assign it a letter too

feel like I left you in the lurch there matey, apologies for not being around to follow it up. Glad your sorted though.
