hdd no show

hi all im a new member to this forum so please be gentle with me,
i cannot for the whole world find my 5tb hdd in device manager you can expand to show all and when i click on it i get

Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. not only have i reconnected ive also replaced the sata lead please can anyone help me.

Is it a new device you added recently, or an existing device?

If it is an internal device, have you tried changing the power cable too?

hi there, sorry i was a bit vague its an internal drive and new i havent changed the power supply but it shows up in the bios as normal and then as i say in device manager
just when i expand all and then go any further and that error is what i get,
