HDD Not showing?

So my build is fully operational, apart from my HDD, for some reason it's not showing in my computer? I'm not sure why though? My SSD works and so does everything else, I'm just stuck, I'm not sure what info is required, but let me know what is needed to help and I'll get back to you.

Spec is;

i5 3570k 3.4ghz, 8gb Geil RAM, 128 GB Samsung 830, Motherboard is an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4.

Goto disk management (Control panel, Admin tools, computer management)

You will then hopefully see a Grey shaded bar with the same capacity of your missing HDD, right click the area and make a new partition/assign it.

disk management, u may also need to initialize the drive 1st to get it to be seen, right click the box on the left with disk written on it to do this
