I was just wandering about my HDD's

I currently have 2 IDE ATA 133 8Mb Cache HDD's.

Will they be bottlenecking the system I have below?

If so how much difference would a SATA or RAID configuration make performance wise?

Cheers

The difference between IDE and SATA drives is still neglible.

Don't forget IDE is capable of pumping 100/133 MB/sec, and most drives struggle to pump out 80MB/sec.

I'd only RAID-0 my OS drive, but the data loss potential puts me off. I'd certainly RAID-1 my backup drives, however - somebody give me the money. :p
