hdd / raptor problem

i've had my 2 36gig raptors in on raid0 for a few weeks. Recently as its booting up it shows the hdd's as offfline and doesnt boot. Then when i reboot again they become online and it boots fine. :/

I used to have issues with missing HDD on Cold boots (restarts were fine) with a certain maxtor Model and a certain Mobo bios on my old rig, I used the previous bios till I got a WD HDD.
