HDD repartion/lost partion

I have been given a hd which is a Seagate 8tb external drive,

However when i plugged it in it's only formatted as 5.4tb, somewhere it's lost 2tb of space,
Tried GParted with no luck. Anyone got any other ideas? is out of warrenty so can't send it back to seagate.

Pic of the disk in GParted? Tried but no luck isn't really telling.

Sounds like its possibly a 6TB drive not an 8.

Agreed. 5.4TB is exactly the formatted capacity of a 6TB drive.
