Hi can anyone help with this. Im using an old western digital 120GB IDE HDD i managed to destroy my other one so back to it untill pay day.
The issue is when you first go into my computer it shows up as the HDD Icont then changes to a non windows icon, performance wise it doesnt hinder the machine but its just realy annoying ive tried going into all the usual but always reverts back to non windows icon.
It has recently been formated to put os on it so dout it will need a format well hope not. but even did it before then
any ideas
