hdd speed for storing 720p content.

im after some more storage so mi going to get a 2tb drive.

ive seen 2:

Samsung 2TB Spinpoint F4 @£62

Rotation Speed: 5400 rpm
Cache: 32MB
Access Time: 8.9 ms

Western Digital 2TB Caviar Green @ £65
Rotation Speed: 5400+ rpm
Cache: 64MB
Access Time: 8 ms

both are 5400, is that fine for 720p stuff or should i find a 7200?

5400rpm drives are fine. I use the F4's in my HTPC.

are you streaming them over a network? If so 5400 are fine, its what I do at the moment, but I have the seagate ones.

They're super fast..
