Basically I wanna take windows from my HDD raid0 and put it onto my SSD raid0

Which is the best way of doing this? Which programs? (i tried acronis boot CD thing, but it didn't pick up the hdd raid)
Would cloning work?

Honestly, a reinstall is usually quickest. 10 minutes to put Win7 onto some SSDs, and then set Ninite going to stick all your favourite apps on whilst you make a cup of tea.

Cloning with Acronis can work, but you'll have to mess around and change the partition offsets manually afterwards using a linux live CD or similar, which can be a massive PITA. You can probably also create the partition(s) manually with the correct offset and boot flags first, then clone partition to partition and use the repair tool on the windows disk to fix the MBR so you can boot from it.

This is like the 7th time I've reinstalled in the last 2 months, I'm just sick of downloading drivers and having to reconfigure all my settings again, is there no program that can take my drivers and programs i got now and put them onto the new install?

+1 for Re-install. Free from all the junk that accumulated in the old install files. ie temp files, log files, etc..
re install is the best option
i now keep all of my downloaded drivers, files, and programs saved on my external drive to speed up re-instal

i have a mem stick with all the programs that i would put on the pc, this has worked for me for over 5 years. obviously some programs aren`t as good as they were back then, but i always keep them incase they are useful.

i.e. i have folders called [anti-virus], [system], [convertors], [dvd burn], [data info], etc... also keep txt files of all your setting and passwords as well.

i find it handier than a dvd which might get broken or lost, plus you can add to it all the time.

i have a 16gb which is just the right size. depends on what you plan to put on your pc.

If you had to clone I'd use a bootable version of Ghost based on windows PE (vista). You boot from the CD and if the drives aren't there it's possible to add drivers in via a commandline program called something like driverinst.exe (do a dir d*.exe in the system32 directory on the CD). Then I'd double check the alignment using msinfo32 and the online alignment calculator.
