HDD will not defrag.

Tried O&O Defrag and Ultimate Defrag, both go through the defragging process fine, changing the colour of the squares, but then soon as 100% hits, the drive it 35-45% fragmented again most squares turn back red.

Sorry to 'bump' this, but sometimes the hard drive makes a weird 'clicking' sound, a lot louder and sharper than the reading/writing sound.
