Hear a Click and it wont spin, any suggestions other than the put it in the freezer or take it apart?
Had doing the odd tell tale sign every now any then for few months and Id repeatedly told the mother to back her stuff up on her memory stick as it was infact big enough to fit it all on, but obviously shes a woman, its not her fault, it shouldnt have broke etc.
Need to have enough time to grab as much of the thing as possible, shes a teacher and its all her own made worksheets and activitys etc so its not absolutely critical she gets it back, but its a lot of hours work over the past few years shes spent making them.
She has been desensitised to losing the data for good now though.
