hi, i was wondering is there a way to connect 1 HDD to 3 computers, i know i can share the hdd over lan but i want to be able to acess is at all times with out the pc with it pluged in to be on
 
You would either need to put it in a HDD caddy and swap it between the PCs as needed, or put it in a NAS box, although it depends on what is on it. If it is movies in relation to your other thread, I don't know how effectve this owuld be

ty, yes its for movies :P btw i bearly know what a nas box is i thought it was like a fancy router that can more things like a mini computer.
