hdds for raid0 (OS &apps)

i know there is probably not much in it between the hdd's in the range but looking for hdd recommendations.

>200GB
sata
will be in a RAID0 config
Vista/apps/games

looks like a choice between

Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.B 320GB
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 320GB
Samsung SpinPoint F1 320GB

i hardly think it's worth some extra money for the raid/re3 versions of the drives? i know the pitfalls of raid0 so no need to mention that

these all single platter drives?

any thoughts recommendations please

The Seagate and the Samsung are, not sure about the Hitachi.

I'd be looking at either the Samsung or WD Blue/Black - The WD 640Gb Black is on special this week, seems a very good price.
