HDD's (RAID1) spinning down!

Hi,
I have my SSD as my OS drive, and 2 HDD's in RAID1 for data/programs/games.
The RAID drives are spinning down after about 20-30minutes. The question being, how do I stop this?

All power save settings in BIOS are DISABLED, I'm using the High Performance power scheme in Windows7 with the hard option set to NEVER (to turn off) (although that's just for the OS drive I believe).

The reason behind this is that BFBC2 is always freezing after half hour or so.
Any help greatly apreciated?

"with the hard option set to NEVER (to turn off)" - Not sure where you found that setting, but what you actually need to do is change the advanced settings for the high performance power profile so that the hard disk turns off after 99999....Minutes. Job's a gooden.

Oops sorry, missed the word "disk" out of the sentence.
