I would have agreed up to moving here.
As I said the one I had basically worked first time but any time it lost power or had to be rebooted it just refused to supply any service for several hours (other than something totally new like searching for "oehorhoewhvolwf" (keyboard smash). Said it was connected, very much wasn't.
Had SKY out, they replaced it, exactly the same.
The previous model router in the old house had no issues with various reboots.
Replaced with a TP Link model (under £100) all those problems went away immediately. 100% failure rate over 2 routers with the same totally borking issue.
