HDMI Svideo Cable question

Hi, i just got a quick question.

I recently got a new laptop that has hdmi out.
I was wondering is it possible to get a cable that will plug into the hdmi slot on my laptop and into my tv via s-video?

HDMI is digital, S-Video isn't.

Does your laptop not have S-Video or any sort of analogue out?

What inputs does your TV have?

yea it does have a separate tb out cable but that 1 doesnt support audio so would have to to have 2 cables, one for the tv out and one for the audio.
Not really sure how i would connect them both via s-video. Was trying to keep it simple witha single cable like hdmi

If your TV has HDMI then you can use it otherwise it's probably easiest if you get an S-Video + 2 phono cable to SCART. Then use a 2phono to 3.5mm plug adaptor. It's almost one cable that way
