I used their new re-branded "YODEL" carrier recently. Was supposed to be a 24hour next day service, and sure enough the package was received into my local depot at 6am the next morning. Did it go out for delivery? Did it hell.....sat there for three more days before I saw it (working days...was nearly a week including weekend and bank holiday). As a kick in the teeth, although nothing was damaged, the box had been removed then scrunched up and taped back onto the item. Blows my mind how that level of incompetence can be achieved.

I regurly get orders from gemary, these orders have been with dhl and ups. Ups have never let me down. DHL on the other hand are very ramdon, out of about 10 deliveries 3 have had problems,
1 wasnt thier fault due to the bomb scare at east midlands. The other time the guy wrote the wrong tracking number on an outcard, and then the other day they failed to turn up at all.
Out of all deliveries royal mail special seems to be really good, when there gareentee is in place, I have never been let down.
