HDNL woes.

Well like I said I've done a perimeter search and can't find it :/

Probably stolen it, Amazon Kindle packaging is rather obvious.

Kinda daft to steal though. Surely Amazon know which Kindle they sent you and can blacklist it?

Amazon queried them and it turns out that they delivered it to number 29 :/ (I live at number 25) oh well I have it now. It's great :D

I'm currently trying to chase 3 lost parcels from HDNL. One is a monitor being sent back to amazon that has been over a week and HDNL have no trace of it other than it was collected. The other two are Guaranteed next day deliveries to me that are still both showing as sorted at hub after 5 days. Once again HDNL have no other information other than they should be delivered soon.

They are beyond useless and for any company to loose 3 parcels from the same person is just plain silly.

Least they are not like DHL who card you to say you have to pick it up from the depot which is near an industrial estate near the airport and it always takes 30 minutes for them to "find" your package even though they only got it yesterday.

Good job they aren't working in the logistics field ;)
