HDTune showing issues

but what does it mean and can it be fixed, new hdd time or what?

I'd run another test on it with different software first as sometimes HDTune can be buggy, it was showing one of my HDD as fully broken with full red on the error scan but works fine. Try Samsung Magician and try and find some new firmware, you should still be in warranty so if all goes bad you have that for a backup.
