HDTV CRT in the UK

exactly as its a crt remember it will only have viewable 30" screen and a 2" bezel ( aprox) sounds good though if true andperforms as it should
 
I cant see this tv displaying 720p no crt tv can do this that i now of. It will prob just upscale everything to 1080i which is nothing new as certain jvc tvs can accept 1080i anyway its just the samsung has a hdmi input.

I'm inclined to agree but then it could be just one big wide screen pc monitor with a tuner, that would accept 720p as a native res would it not.

Loads of crt tvs can do 720p, just think of all the crt computer monitors that can do 1536p.
 
hope these arnt like the ones samsung released a few months ago. i got one from a rival site. thought it was bargain at the time till i plugged it in and noticed the geometery probs. i checked on avforums and a hell of a lot of people had same probs. had it sent back and got a refund
