Ok, would like to hear some theories on this.

been running a full WD Red drives in my system for storage for many years and today when restarting my PC it hung on "Starting Windows" logo and constant active HDD light.

I narrowed it down to the 6TB WD Red drive and I tried switching ports/cable (both power and sata) and nothing so I resorted to trying it in my old PC I use to backup main drives and it worked fine and I can access the data and nothing is missing.

Put it back into main PC and bam wont load into windows, gets stuck again.

So I try the backup 6TB drive from old PC in main PC and it boots up fine so I shut windows down and reconnect all my other drives and start it back up and wouldn't you know it it boots into windows fine and I have done 3 power offs and 3 restarts on old PC and it booted up every time.

Not sure why I didn't have any indication it was going until system failed to restart properly.

Edit
Just opened CrystalDiskInfo and it says

Health Status - Caution
Current Pending Sector Count

Wonder why it works on one machine but not another, both running same OS.

Edit 2
Managed to run WD Diagnostics found bad sectors on extended test and couldnt even get past 30s in quick test, failed with

Status code = 07 (failed to read test element), Failure checkpoint = 97

Edit 3
Sunday Delivery Replacement Ordered.
