Headlight level adjustment not working - MOT failure?

Got my MOT soon and my adjuster to alter the headlight level is broken, meaning they are stuck in place until I can get a replacement.
Is this an MOT failure or should it be alright?

So long as they are set right in the position they're stuck in I think you'll be fine

I remember my old Focus going through a couple of MOTs with a broken level adjustment. As others have said, as long as it's not shining too high, you should be OK.

Replacing the motor can be a PITA...good luck!

My indicators always worry me. They very occasionally stick so that they just stay on. Doesn't happen often, but one of these days it will happen on one cold morning when it goes in for the MOT.

It isn't the motor that's broken it's the actual switch that's snapped inside

So long as they don't automatically level you should be fine.
