Headlights

Cheers, I can't say I've noticed the movement when turning on the engine.

I've emailed the seller now to see what can be done :)

I just wanted to make sure that Xenons hadn't gone down drastically in terms of quality since I had them last!

I'll hopefully get it sorted asap.

It's a 14 plate car, why are you bothering with the seller? Drop it into your nearest vauxhall main dealer, ask them to fix it and take a courtesy car away

Just because other people are doing it, doesnt make it right :p

I saw a car the other day with one sidelight working, no headlights and one foglight on the other side. People doing that should be publicly flogged.

Most fogs are very dazzling and shouldn't be used unless its foggy

Followed someone from work the other day who had a tail light out, a headlight out and a single foglight on. I overtook them because they were doing 40 in a 60, the next day they told me I was driving dangerously by overtaking them . Also turned out they knew about the bulbs being out but 'haven't got time' to sort it.

The only other thing I can think of is yours just had standard headlights out of the factory and someones put a Chinese xenon kit in at some point.

Or it hasn't got Xenons at all  Probably teaching you to suck eggs here, but do you have a headlight level dial on the dash somewhere?

I've been to see several cars advertised as having Xenons and/or headlight washers only to find projector headlamps and blanking plates

Erm, the seller is the dealer.

No one in the history of written communication has ever referred to their local main dealer as "the seller".

"The seller" would typically suggest that you bought the car from a private individual, or at a push a small time trader.

are you sure they're xenons? they might be just simple bulbs with projects that look like xenons, are they yellow or white?

Serious business! They sold me something, I don't care what they should be called.

Yes, grudas, definately Xenons.

I'm going to ring the seller () now.

Thanks for the help folks. It's been a blast!
