Headphone splitter

Just wondering if i loose quality as so fed up keep changing behind my pc between speakers and headphone and also if i use splitter, will it output speakers and headphone at the same time (i believe will degrade sq :confused:

)

I was looking at Belkin splitter as don't really want anything else on my desk and noticed that with Plantronics ones i can actually choose either speaker or headphone not both at the same time, am i right?

Just notice that for speakers and headset with mic, so will it work for speakers and headphone?

So i just connect speakers jack to speaker and headphone to headset and whenever i want to use it just press the switch?

Got mine, basically plantronics is a switch that you can choose which one will give sound output, either speakers or headphone. If you choose headphone for instance, there'll be no sound from you speakers

It's great as i don't have to go under my desk everynight when i use my headphone
