Just wondering if i loose quality as so fed up keep changing behind my pc between speakers and headphone and also if i use splitter, will it output speakers and headphone at the same time (i believe will degrade sq)
Thats what I do, although make sure your speakers are turned off when you have your headphones plugged in, I was once listening to loud music on headphones one night, only to then realise its also waking everyone up from my speakers, nice, lol.
I was looking at Belkin splitter as don't really want anything else on my desk and noticed that with Plantronics ones i can actually choose either speaker or headphone not both at the same time, am i right?
edit:
Just notice that for speakers and headset with mic, so will it work for speakers and headphone?
Got mine, basically plantronics is a switch that you can choose which one will give sound output, either speakers or headphone. If you choose headphone for instance, there'll be no sound from you speakers It's great as i don't have to go under my desk everynight when i use my headphone
