Headphones Advice & Dac For My Dell XPS

I need advice , looking for pair of headphones to use will my Dell XPS . Also looking to buy a DAC

Closed back headphones only

Budget £130 on headphones
Budget £100 on DAC

Sennheiser Or Beyerdynamic

Advice would be greatful

For the DAC you could get something from the FiiO range, the E11 is meant to be a good choice. Or you could go for the Astro Mix Amp.

These were recommended to me but I wanted a DAC and Headphone amp combo so I got the Aune x1 DAC / HA in one unit which gave me analog from pc and optical from my SKY HD box.

Headphones I got the Beyerdynamic's DT 770 Pro (80Ohm) which are quite bassy but nice all round. I also found they block out a fair amount of noise but leak it a fair bit too. I am no audiophile but I like my quality

A little more for Denon D2000 and a little more again for an audio-gd Dac like the sparrow or nfb-12.

I have try many other brands , i would like to stick Sennheiser or Beyerdynamic and try open back

If you can stretch the budget a bit, the HD598 is a great choice for a natural sounding headphone. Then maybe pair it with a FiiO E10.

Now I have Sennheiser RS120 and I just love them! But they are wireless so if you prefer wired ones, you could try Sennheiser HD238i, I used them and they are really awesome (actually I would be using them now if I didn't prefer wireless technologies )! Ypu can find sennheiser headphones at Iheadphones site.
