If you don't need a microphone, or "gaming" branding, I would recommend a good set of reference monitor style cans, since they give a bit better detail and clarity.

Indeed, if you do not need a mic, get the Creative Aurvana Live headphones.

If you need a mic, I really do recommend upping you budget a few quid and getting the HyperX Cloud.

There is really nothing that comes close to either for the money.

Both close to £50.

Cheers boys, yeah I've got some decent AKG cans but need the mic now.

Thanks for the responses, looks like as I thought the HyperX Cloud is the main one. Colour schemes seem pretty horrible to me though.

Which model HyperX does everyone recommend, the II?

The HyperX Cloud II is my recommendation all day long. On its latest firmware it's bang-on. And it's not like you're going to be staring at it while you're using it. Well, unless you listen to whale song while staring into a mirror, or something. It's USB.
