Healthy pancake time

50 g buckwheat flour
50 g wholemeal flour
275 ml milk
1 egg
1 mashed banana

I use coconut oil for the pan and make small pancakes for the kids. Drizzle of manuka honey lovely jubbly

Nice recipe, will give it a blast one morning as the Mrs loves pancakes! You could also substitute the milk for almond milk or coconut milk if you don't want to use normal milk and be a bit more healthier (I only say that as I am doing a diet at the moment whereby normal milk/dairy is off the cards!)

Also, get a new sieve you dirty *******!

What diet are you doing fella? I doing something similar atm.


Also I would use coconut/almond flour mix for flour instead. Then its gluten free too.
