One of the salad bowl from a supermarket, some sort of meat or cheese, olives, pickled chilis and a bit of dressing of your choice.



that is pretty much what I do
 
Baguette w/ a light amount of a good quality butter, sprinkle of grated cheese and tuna. Done right it has a moderate amount of the not so bad carbs, good amount of protein, moderate amount of the not so bad fats and critically very low sugar (though possibly could do with a little less salt).
 
Baked salmon with cous cous & salad. Or a bit of grilled/griddled chicken.

Pasta with aubergiene pesto, anchovies & mushrooms.

Roasted veg with pork or lamb chop & cous cous.
 
Cream cheese, pepper, thyme. Create a cavity in a chicken breast , put the cheesey mix in the breast and slap it in the George Foreman. Serve with a mixed leaf salad!

Minutes to make yet so nice!
