Healthy stimulate drink for night?

I do a round of night every other week and have found myself drinking to much coke. Are there any healthy(ish) drinks that would act as a stimulate but not be that bad for you?

I know there are the obvious like redbull but I would like to avoid them if possible.

Would green tea be an option?

Diet coke?

Any powdered drinks?

water works just as well for me as any energy drink at keeping me with it plus I dont have the added crap, or the dodgy stomach or the jitters
 
Hot water, ginseng, lemon juice and grated ginger, makes for a nice drink and the ginseng is supposed to have stimulant properties. Either that or you can get the Ginseng teas?
 
plenty of sleep before hand and a normal diet of food. just like when working a day shift.
 
Yup, If you're struggling caffeine pills are the best way without other additives.

There's also sida cordifolia to consider. Plus the theanine present in tea, green tea and red bush tea can have stimulant effects without the jitters.

Lucozade always use it when i play football after a 9 hour shift at work. couple of bottles keeps you going
