no, that means you waste space in your tummy with bread, where as what you really want is meat and cheese.

Looks very tasty, now eat it without it falling apart.

I have something similar each day for dinner. For instance, today I had a rather large sausage, bacon, egg and mushroom stick with brown sauce (£1.70). I use the excuse that the walk to and from the butty shop somehow offsets the food.
