That was good. I was hoping for something a bit more... shocking I suppose. Then again Heart Attacks just happen where as people choose to smoke, drink, drive over the speed limit. So I guess shocking would not achieve anything.

Exactly, its not a heart attack, but Ive had them exact symptoms described in that add. When i first got the symptoms i should have called 999 according to that add. I suppose what Ive got isn't very common so the add is a good idea, as long as people don't start ringing up when they get a stitch . Well saying that i don't even know what Ive got and neither do the doctors so it would seem.

Seemed quite a good advert. Effected my step dad quite a bit, as he just walked off after it, didn't say a word, and just sat in the garden. I think it's because he basically did what people are being told not to in the advert, don't ignore symptoms like that.

My dad had a heart attack and instead of calling 999 he found the number for and called NHS Direct :/

They sent him an ambulance immediately though.

Good advert.. noticed it was particulary aimed at the middleaged/older stuborn, proud, man - who would act exactly like the guy said.

Well ive been suffering all those symptoms for the past few months.

I get the odd bit of chest pain myself. Not particularly strong and with none of the other symptoms. I'll admit I didn't call 999 but I did go to the docs.
