Heatsink Problem

Hi, I've just been cleaning out my rig and noticed that the end of the heatsink looked strange - I know that the pipe ends aren't all supposed to be copper but the ends look corroded, so to speak - see the pics below?

Is this normal or is something wrong? It's only been in a few months...

Yes, normal. The flux used to "tin" the end so solder sticks oxides the tube end / solder over time. Could mix a little baking soda in a little water and dampen a rag with it to wipe clean the ends of the tubes if you want.
