the heatsink and fan that I am using will cool to 4600+ I have a single single core 3700 I have just bought a 4200 dual core from OCUK oem
my question is will the cooler I am using now be safe to use on the 4200 dual or is it a diffrent type and do you have any recommendations.

do the dual core cpu's produce less heat than a single core proc
all so will I need to update the bios on the MB DFI lanparty SLI ultra

Thanks for your help, I think I will go for a new proc cooler might even see
what it would cost for water cooling but that is a big might.
If I stick with air then a new heatsink and fan, what the best air cooler for the dual 4200+ from OCUK.
