I'm a bit slow (been busy) but finished this for the first time last night, great game.
In my ending Jayden died when he was using ARI, Maddison found the address in shelbys appartment and called Ethan to tell him, Ethan then gets shot and Maddison has a big fight with shelby on the roof. I missed one button press in the fight and Maddison died, but replayed and got it, then Ethan shoots Shelby so happy ending. Well apart from Jayden dead.
