Hellraiser , get your cenobite on

We've clearly become to desensitized, or at this stage is it conditioned, not even a flicker of horror or otherwise watching that trailer. Hellriser might make for a good horror survival game, not sure its something I'm interested in, I'd need to see more gameplay to get a better feel for it.

Desensitization is what it is. I saw my first 18 rated horror at the age of 8. I'm a fan of horror, I've spent 5 decades trying to find even 1 horror film that scares me. I've watched everything from "creepy" to extremely gory, nothing has scared me, probably because my logical mind simply knows that its just sfx and makeup and acting and none of it is real. Once that thought is permanently embedded in your mind, theres no entertainment media which is scary. I'd love to find a film that scares me, but after literally 1000s of films over 5 decades...nothing.

Still like the genre though and still hold out hope that one day I'll feel fear again.
