Help - 3 trying to rob me!

Hi All

I really need some advice on this.

10 months ago I took out three 12 month contracts with Three. Today I thought I would ring them and find out what my exact end date was.

Phone one finishes in 2 months but they are telling me that the contracts for phone 2 & 3 don't finish for another 10 months. They say I rang them in April and asked for an upgrade.

I have NEVER asked them for an upgrade and I don't want any upgrade either.

I am getting nowhere with the people at the Indian call centre so I need to know where do I stand with this as all I wanted was 3x 12 month contracts and that's it.

Ask to escelate the issue to a manager + write letter to MD (or highest person you can find). Usually does the trick.

Do yo not have copies of the contracts you took?
 
UNBELIEVABLE!

When I rang 3 from work I couldn't remember the numbers of the other 2 contracts as I gave one to my mum+dad. The women said she would get my accounts up from my postcode.

It turns out she was looking at the wrong accounts.

All is sorted now but it still caused me stress today!!
