What about Shogun 2? I think it's very good even at release and it seems to be getting a lot of positive feedback from the community.

Whatever you decide avoid Black Ops its 45% generic inferior CODMW2 clone and at least 55% Quick Time Event/Cutscene (hit this button etc etc).

Replaybility value will highly depend on the mods.

If you like replayable games try X- Super box (contains all egosoft space open ended games).

Civ 5 or 4 complete pack perhaps.
