Help Bios Settings Please

in the Bos there is an option for enable for ACHI mode.

should this be enabled, and if so what are the pro's and con's of enabling it. will it effect the performance of the drives. attached.

MB is EX58-UD5 also is there any performance gain between the ich10r sata connectors or the gsata2 connectors?
