Help building a gaming PC

Hi guys, I'm looking to move to pc gaming after many years of console gaming.

Was hoping someone could help show me some good builds, budget is up to £2500. Would like to get into streaming (I know everyone does lol) so I'd like to aim for high fps (100ish if possible) on pretty much any game.

I'd mostly be playing a lot of RPG type games and wont need a monitor, desk or headset. Of course if anyone has any advice I would love to hear it as well.

Ryzen 3900X + RTX 2080 Super/Ti, 16-32GB DDR4 3600 RAM, and a decent Gigabyte X570 motherboard. Chose a case you like and a good PSU ~700W, like the Corsair RMx 750, and an after market cooler if you want one, you can certainly fit one in with a £2.5K budget. I'll drop some links in later, but I am busy building a PC, this PC I was just testing it

How's this look to you?

The case will fit 3x 140mm fans at the front and 1 at the rear. Paired with the AIO, it'd look pretty sick!! I've pretty much done the same with mine except used the TT RIING fans and Floe AIO

A 3700X makes more sense to the wallet for gaming/streaming. You can use the gpu to encode (NVENC).
