Can you remember melbourne if the tuniq had the thermal paste applied ready? I think id crumble under the pressure of having to apply it myself

Don't be so timid. All you have to do is squeeze a pea-sized dollop on the center of the CPU then put the cooler on. The cooler will spread it for you.
