Help buying a blender/Juicer

Sorry to high jack but i'm after a blender for my smoothies but one that has the holder upside down and is around a litre (maybe a little bit less?) so instead of using the huge blender I can use this one for my smoothies in the morning and drink it from the plastic bit. I want to start looking for some online to gauge prices but I don't know what the proper name for them is!

Nutri Ninja, it's what I use it for every morning and I've lost quite a bit of weight.
The advantage of the Ninja is that you can also add ice cubes and it will blend them.

It depends what you want to get out of a blender really. The reason Vitamix is so highly regarded is that it pulverises much finer than the cheaper brands.

We were going for a nutribullet but my wife makes almond milk so needed something that did a better job at breaking things down to as finer powder as possible (without spending £500 on a Vitamix).

Settled for the Magimix Le Blender (11619). Brilliant bit of kit. Plus it goes well with our Magimix processor :)

FYI - Homebase are doing 15% discount on already discounted prices - Just picked up a Nutri Ninja Auto IQ BL480 for 80 quid!

Ended up buying a Goodmans thing from Home Bargains. Bit of a thin jug (holds around 600ml) but more than enough for my needs, really happy with it. Will take some snaps eventually, it was only £14.99.

Just bought our first powerful blender. We have a breville shaker type one but I find it a bit of a pain in the arse to clean and to get things into. Always fancied something for doing soup etc, so went for this deal.

Its expensive but with a 7yr warranty I think it could prove to be a good buy. Its my birthday soon so Ill justify it by that :)

FYI - Homebase are doing another 15% off this bank holiday - So Nutri Ninja can be had for 102 sheets. Not quite as low as a few weeks back when I made the purchase with an additional 15% but best price out there currently.

I've used mine everyday since it was delivered.
Cup of frozen fruit.
Cup of Kale.
Cup of water.
Slice of ginger.
Apple.
Splash of lemon juice.

Makes instant sorbets with frozen fruit too.
350g frozen cherries.
Drop of honey.
Cup of water.

Lovely.

I've been using the one I linked for the last few days and it's been great. Very powerful and the 7 year warranty makes it a better purchase than a nutri bullet with only 1 year.

Can't go wrong with any of them I guess.

Can make soup in it too which is good. Comes out about 80 degrees after 6 minutes.
