Help - can't delete this executable...

I've just tried to download a trial version of Dreamweaver 8 from this page but the file is just a 40kb thing that's now stuck on my desktop and can't get deleted because *EDIT* "it is being used by another person or program" *EDIT* :/ Can someone please help me figure out how to get rid of it? I right clicked on "external download mirror 1" and saved it. Kaspersky says it doesn't detect anything (although the license expired over 2 weeks ago).

Have you tried killing any processes related to that file???

I don't know how I'm supposed to know what processes are related to it... Howver, I did end a whole bunch of processes which I didn't think I needed but it still wouldn't delete. I'm not sure what processes I can leave on.

boot to safe mode then delete.

LOL... that application is great... I've used it many times now
