i there guys i had a car crash cuple weeks back and it was on cctv but the footage i need to send in a email to insurance but it wont let me as file do big i made a zipe file but still to big any iders thanks glenn

Split into multiple rar files with winrar?
Don't hold your breath on the insurers having winrar though.

Send it in on a cd?
Upload to youtube?
Host it on your own site?
Rapidshare?

Hundreds of ways around this...

maybe drop it into windows movie maker and save it as a .wmv, that should reduce the size of it (well, usually lol)

the file needto b less than 10mb and 14 is there a way where i can extract video and get rid of the rubish might make it smaller

Post them it on a CD.
Send them original data only, they can't complain about manipulation then.
