Just bought Titanfall from CD-keys.com. Got the email straight away with the download link, which takes me to a message saying blah blah, code below, and an upside down(!?) what looks like photocopied bit of text. It's an image I can save and then rotate so I can at least read it!

The only thing that could be a code in the text is a 12 digit number, no letters, but Origin says it's invalid when I go to redeem the code.

Have I been **** on? Before I contact them - any ideas, am I being thick?

Definitely typing in right. Tried 5 times. It's all numbers too, no letters.

Are they a decent seller do you know?

Well considering I just went to their site and get a Go-Daddy landing page...Doesn't look good.

Did you pay by Paypal? If so just start a case.

Really? This site to confirm http://www.cdkeys.com/

I think I've used them before with no bother. I paid by paypal yes. Never had any issues like this before. What a pain in the arse. And you wonder why illegal downloads are so popular.

I used them for my Titanfall key, they are legitimate. I'd contact them and ask them to confirm the key. My key looked as you described, could be I and 1 aren't clear. They do look oddly scanned

Well I've emailed them and attached the upside down image. It's definitely all number digits, and very clear to be honest. No I or 1 confusions.

Several zeroes though, could some of these be letter 'O's ? They all look identical.

I wonder if it's a key for another game (and service) bit of a pain for you, good luck getting it sorted

Thanks guys. I have no choice I guess but to wait for them to reply to me.

One thing that doesn't seem right - Origin help says the codes are number AND letter strings, and the examples are 16 digits. The code I have is only 12 digits, and all numbers. It's definitely for Titanfall as the accompanying text mentions it.

Never had to do a paypal dispute either. If it comes to that, is it a pain?

CDkeys.com?
CD-keys.com?

Which one are you talking about here? CDkeys.com is fine, used them many times. CD-keys.com just gives me an option to buy the domain from godaddy.

Well I've had a nice reply already saying the 'tech guys' are investigating it with origin.

With such a speedy response to my email, it bodes well. Deep breaths and positive thoughts...;)

Well butter my arse!

They've only gone and fixed it and sent me a new code. Game downloading as I type!

Must have been an odd blip. Great customer service I have to say, all sorted within 10 minutes of emailing them. Would deffo use again.

(Code that now works is actually a 20 digit letters and numbers string, as I thought it should be)

cjs keys do titan fall for £21 got the code instantly very good service.

Is that the one where you have to do a load of faffing to get English working? Using a Facebook discount code I got the English Titanfall for nearly the same price from cdkeys.com
