LOl this reminds me about a time on the train a few weeks back, and this really chavvy scottish woman just cos on, whitest woman and kid ive ever seen, and the kid started crying, and she shouted "antonio!!"
There's been a long history of Italian migration to the West coast of Scotland. It's entirely reasonable that the kids father was Italian. Nothing eeky about it.
(sounds furious if you say it in a strict mannar) I found out because one of my customers is called that and he said his name in a really stern fashion when I asked what his name was, as if he was reprimanding himself (as though he was being told off by his headmaster)...
I'd like a name that belonged to an interesting historical figure, with possibly Celtic or old English meaning and the Mrs would like something different but not ridiculous.
