Help choosing bits

Hi everyone,

in need of some new parts, however a little out of the loop so could really use some help.

Just a few things to mention

1) I will be doing some virtualization so would prefer a multi core cpu
2) I need the system to run fairly look without anything extravagent (i.e. water cooling)
3) I'm not looking for the latest and greatest, so items that are available 2nd hand would be ideal, althought i will buy new if its the best option.
4) I'd want to be able to put in at least 4gb of ram
5) I play the occasional game (HL2 etc)

Looking for CPU, MainBoard, Ram and a Gfx card

lets say 200 without the gfx card, and 100 for the gfx card

I'd go for the following, keeping into your £300 budget. Also includes 4GB of RAM. Note however that the graphics card and RAM are on "This Week Only" and will go back to full price on Thursday around lunchtime, so you'd have to order before that to get the cheaper prices.

in terms of the CPU, would I be better going with something like the E6320? Would there be much of a difference?

FYI i would probably not want to upgrade within the next 3/4 years.
