I have been looking around for a while now, and i cant decide on what RAM to choose.

i know i want 4Gb (2 x 2Gb). But i cant decide between 1333Mhz and 1600Mhz. And then which CAS to choose.

i was hoping to spend under £100. And i will be using my computer primarily for gaming.

Heres my specs if it helps -

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
Motherbaord: Asrock 890GM Pro3 Socket AM3 DVI VGA HDMI Out 8 Channel Audio

I have been looking at these...

G.Skill Trident 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit - F3-12800CL8D-4GBTD

Patriot Viper II "Sector 5" 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit - PVV34G1600LLKB

OCZ Gold 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit - OCZ3G1600LV4GK

G.Skill RipJaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit - F3-12800CL8D-4GBRM

They are all CL8 and i cant really spot a difference.

Can someone please advise which to choose, or recommend another.

Thanks

The OCZ and the Ripjaw come highly recomended so I've read. Go for 1600 if it works for your budget, always good to have higher :)

I had exactly the same problem and went for G.Skill Ripjaw 1333 CAS8 based on price VS performance and they seem great so far, only thing is, I had to force the CAS timings as it applied CAS9 but I think thats more the mobo than RAM
