Help choosing

Hi guys, friend looking to buy a new HDD doesnt need heaps of space but looking for something with good performance and reliable. These two drives are the best I can find for his budget.

Any advice would be great thanks

Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB

or

Samsung SpinPoint F3 500GB

The Spinpoints are good drives, i think theres a new F4 out. I got 2 old F1s and they have been running great for 3+ years.
